An Aviation Incident Reporting Summary (AIRS) is a list of accidents and incidents reported to the Australian Transport Safety Bureau attributed to an Aviation Reference Number (ARN) holder. ARN holders may request a record of involvement in aviation occurrences reported to the ATSB.
