The ATSB is investigating a collision during pushback involving a Qantas Boeing B737-838 registered VH-VZZ and a catering vehicle at Sydney Airport, New South Wales, on 14 October 2017.

During pushback, the aircraft struck the vehicle resulting in minor damage to the aircraft. There were no injuries.

As part of the investigation, the ATSB will interview the crew and gather additional information as required.

A report will be released in several months.
