Summary
The ATSB is investigating a collision with terrain involving a Diamond DA42, registered VH‑YQP, at Parafield Airport, South Australia, on 29 April 2026.
The ATSB deployed a team of transport safety investigators with experience in aircraft operations, maintenance and engineering, human factors and survival factors.
