Coulson Aviation Australia advised that it: …has commenced a FRAT Improvement Reform and is progressing to strengthen flight risk management through enhanced assurance, a closed-loop risk management process, and redesign of the FRAT template to better capture the operational environment and associated operational risks. The revised framework will improve the identification, assessment, escalation and ongoing assurance of risk controls, ensuring the FRAT remains responsive to changing operational conditions. |
