The glider was on an aero tow take off. On the ground roll the right wing contacted the ground and the glider veered to the right of the tug. Corrective control inputs were applied and the glider moved to the left side of the tug. The glider pilot pulled the release. The glider went through a cart wheel manouver and the nose struck the ground heavily. Significant Factors The following factors were considered relevant to the development of the accident: 1 Probable inappropriate control inputs by the glider pilot.
