This included instruction to train crew on how and when to use the forced lead function. Changes to the bank locomotive working Chilcotts Creek to Ardglen procedure notes all drivers should be aware of the forced lead function, how to activate it and what happens when it is activated. Ensuring training resources are and remain in place is paramount to ameliorate training in emergency situations. |
