The ARTC has implemented Operational Procedure OPP-01-05 - Monitoring and Responding to Extreme Weather Events in the East-West Corridor. The procedure has been developed to provide guidance to the ARTC managers and network control officers, its contractors, network users and other affected parties, relative to the monitoring and response to extreme weather events in the east-west corridor. The procedure has been designed to support risk-based decision making, with the aim of reducing risk associated with extreme weather events so far as is reasonably practical (SFAIRRP). |
