| Action description |
The ATSB has been advised by NSC Schifffahrtsgesellschaft that safety drill/training plans have been reviewed with a special focus on Hot Work and Risk & Hazard Assessment. The Training Checklists have been improved and amended accordingly, so that new crew members will be familiar with the safety management system, including hot work. The frequency of Training of Safe working practice, including Hot Work, has been increased from three month to a monthly schedule. |
