| Action description | Airservices Australia has reviewed the procedures for the review and communication of notices to airmen and considers that if correctly applied, the procedures are sound. However, as a result of this incident, Airservices will conduct an education program to highlight the effect on safety, when information pertaining to a controller’s area of responsibility is not considered appropriately or reviewed prior to that information being provided to pilots. |
