| Action description | Qantas Airlines has reviewed its current procedures and publications concerning monitoring as a result of this occurrence but has not currently deemed it necessary to make any changes at this stage. However, Flight Operations will continue to monitor this and make any necessary changes if required. |

In the interim, the residual safety risk in respect of this safety issue remains as low as reasonably practicable. |
