| Action description | In response to this occurrence, the aircraft operator reported implementing procedures to enable ground handling agents to make emergency contact with flight crew after pushback and provided scenarios in which such emergency contact may be necessary. Those procedures were incorporated in the operator’s Ground Operations Manual. |
