| Action description | The operator has advised the ATSB that all facilities used to train cabin and flight crew-members now have appropriate drop-down oxygen mask assemblies, so as to accurately simulate the aircraft cabin during a depressurisation. All training modules relating to depressurisation have been revised and upgraded, and have been implemented into all training programs undertaken by staff. |
