Summary
Circumstances:
The student pilot was landing the aircraft during his second period of dual instruction on type. Shortly after touchdown the aircraft was struck by a wind gust. Despite corrective action by the instructor, directional control was lost, and the aircraft ran off the runway, substantially damaging the tail boom.
