Summary
Shortly after the aircraft took off, the left engine lost power and the pilot shut it down. A successful single engine landing was conducted at the departure airfield. It was discovered after landing that the left hand engine torque indicator circuit breaker had popped. The company engineers could not reproduce the fault. The fault has not reappeared.
