Summary
Preliminary investigation was undertaken into a category 4 occurrence involving a BAE 146 aircraft and a tug vehicle towing an aircraft at Sydney Airport. The ATSB has terminated the investigation based on evidence gathered that identified a misunderstanding had occurred due to poor communication.
