Summary
The pilot reported that when taxiing out of the parking area at Phillip Island for departure, the nosewheel entered a hole. The hole was about 200mm in diameter and about 400mm deep. The pilot was not aware of the hole and did not see it. The nose gear collapsed, and the propeller hit the ground.
