Summary
Circumstances:
The pilot reported that the aircraft engine suffered a partial power loss as he was climbing out from a water hole inspection. Pumping the choke lever restored some power, however he was eventually forced to stall the aircraft into the tops of some tall trees. The aircraft fell approximately 30 feet to the ground with the pilot receiving back injuries during the fall.
