Response from: Australian Army
Action status: Closed - Accepted
Response text:

Army has concluded compliance with all recommendations from the BASI Crash Investigation.

Recommendation R19980220: This has been implemented. The fact that the crew elected to use maps with insufficient detail for the type of navigation activity has been the basis for a review in the high DA procedures used by the operating unit.
