Response text:

Army has concluded compliance with all recommendations from the BASI Crash Investigation.

Recommendation R19980219: This is acknowledged. The loss of high DA operations corporate knowledge within the fixed wing capability has led to a restriction in his type of operation. DHC-6 crews no longer operate in this environment. Should Army require the capability to operate in high DA, a comprehensive development program will be implemented.
