The ATSB is investigating an accident involving a Pacific National bulk service train (8426N) at the Cobb Highway level crossing near Ivanhoe in NSW.

At approximately 1544 (EST) on 11 July 2017, the bulk service train collided with the rear of a road-train truck, carrying gravel. There were no injuries, and only minor damage to the train and truck.
