Response from: ARTC correspondence with ITSR
Response text:

ITSR has noted that ARTC rejects recommendation R0-2010-007-SAN-005, and its advice on ANRF 002. Further, ITSR notes that site management is undertaken by the Protection Officer who documents the worksite protection plan and that this information is conveyed to persons working or requiring entry to the worksite by the pre-work briefing. On this basis, ITSR accepts ARTC's rejection of recommendation R0-2010-007-SAN-005.

Accordingly, recommendation R0-2010-SAN-005 is classified as "Closed - Recommendation Rejected".
