The flight was planned to transport three passengers to Agnes Waters, returning on the same day.

The aircraft was heard to circle over the South Kolan Qld, area for about five minutes in very poor weather conditions. It was found in a paddock, having struck the ground at high speed and probably in a right spiralling descent. The aircraft broke up on impact.
