The aircraft reached approximately 300 Ft in the climb after takeoff when engine power of both engines was lost. The aircraft levelled out followed by engine surging. It then entered a spiral descent to the left which continued until ground impact. The section of fuselage infront of the wing leading edge was crushed.

The aircraft did not catch fire.
