• Aviation Accident or Incident Notification

  Accidents and serious incidents (commonly called Immediately Reportable Matters), which affect the safety of aircraft must, in the first instance, be notified to the ATSB by telephone toll-free call: 1800 011 034.

• Marine Accident or Incident Notification

  Incidents should be notified to AMSA using forms AMSA 18 and AMSA 19. These can be downloaded from the Shipping Industry Forms page accessed by following this link.

• Rail Accident or Incident Notification

  Rail safety occurrences should be notified to the State or Territory rail safety regulator, in accordance with procedures established in the particular jurisdiction.
