which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more
and which:
(a) have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2010; or

Most of the contracts listed contain confidentiality provisions of
a general nature that are designed to protect the confidential
information of the parties that may be obtained or generated in
carrying out the contract. The reasons for such clauses
include:
• ordinary commercial prudence that requires
protection of trade secrets, proprietary information and the like;
or
• protection of other Commonwealth material and
personal information.
Basis of method used to estimate the cost - staff involved in
preparing the report were asked to estimate the time taken to
provide the relevant information. The total cost reflects these
estimates and includes all staff on-costs such as salary,
superannuation, Comcare premium, staff training, long service leave
(non-cash) provision, overtime and higher duties, together with the
cost of legal advice obtained in relation to complying with this
advice.
